Ominous is a for-charity zine! We will have a physical SFW zine with a digital NSFW add on. We've got some exciting physical and digital merch planned!What does IZKT mean?
IZKT (or DKBK) refers to the romantic pairing of Izuku Midoriya and Katsuki Bakugo, specifically with Izuku as the top partner and Katsuki as the bottom. In NSFW works, this is a peg-and-hole situation; in SFW works it is a little more nebulous, but it entails avoiding depictions of Izuku with stereotypical uke characteristics or Katsuki with stereotypical seme characteristics.Are Izuku and Katsuki allowed to be portrayed in dynamics other than strict IZKT?
As we are a fixed-dynamic project, we will not be allowing this content for the zine. We are not negative towards other dynamics and will not judge for content created outside of the zine, but all contributions for the project must be strictly IZKT.Will you be prioritizing fixed DKBK contributors?
We will be reviewing applications blind to avoid bias; therefore outside content—including switch content—will not be considered in either direction.Would you allow collabs?
We absolutely intend to allow collabs/spot art for fic!Will each fic/art have content warnings or will there be sections for content with more extreme tags?
All fics & art will have relevant warnings! Additionally, we will give "extreme" fics & art either their own section in the NSFW digital zine or a separate digital zine altogether.Is this just yandere-esque Izuku? Is there going to be some freedom in how his possessiveness is portrayed?
Anything is fair game as long as it's a play on his possessiveness–from lighthearted depictions to darker themes! We want a variety of portrayals and we will make efforts to avoid having too much of one thing.Can I apply as a contributor?

You must be 18 years of age as of the date contributor sign-ups open to participate and submissions must be entirely your own work and may not use generative AI in any part of the creation process.If we wanted to join as a writer, could we opt out of the physical zine?
We would not be able to accommodate this if you wanted to write a SFW fic, but feel free to apply exclusively to the digital NSFW portion of the zine.When will the zine be available for purchase/download?

Content Guidelines

The content in Ominous may cover anything from canon-verse to canon divergence and alternate universes (AUs). All flavors of possessive Izuku are allowed and encouraged! That being said, while we do not judge or police contributors for content they create outside of the zine, some topics will not be allowed for works within the zine itself. The list of prohibited content is as follows:
